Upon entering the office you will be asked to complete a History and Physical form if not previously completed on our website.

We strive to be on-time for all of our patients and schedule patient visits accordingly.

When brought to the treatment room, you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks in the side chair. You may then have a seat on the treatment chair for examination and treatment.

X-rays are available and can be taken if necessary at the office to minimize follow-up and return visits.

The doctor will have the results of your x-rays and be able to discuss them during your visit.

Checkout and reappointment if necessary can be made at either office.
